Duntov Motor Company’s brake parts are the result of over 40 years of experience racing, testing and restoring the C2 and C3 Corvette. These are stainless steel sleeved Delco J56 Calipers. The twin pin design keeps the pad from moving around in the caliper housing, and is a good idea, particularly in the front. An additional benefit is the ninety degree bend in the top of the backing plate which adds stiffness to the pad. Our calipers use the tried and true GM lip seal pistons with titanium insulators. They come with either our Gold or our super premium Platinum racing pads. Select Front or Rear.

For those of you who like riveted pads, these imported semi-metallic pads are a good value.
These are heavy, high quality pads. The backing plates measure .160 in thickness, .040 heavier than standard pads. The extra beef helps eliminate chatter. I don’t think you will find a better pad for street and street high performance applications.
These pads are the best high performance pads we have found for the twin pin J-56 caliper. They will give you excellent service from normal driving to autocrossing.
